Ghost Detective and Hiroshi Matsumoto investigate the basement of the Essex House. There they find hospital like environments, an operating room, a mourge that smells of corpses, and a living quarters.Hiroshi makes the connection between Nathaniel Essex and the Genegineer of Genosha.
In the living quarters, there is a projector and a note next to it. Hiroshi reads the note. Its addressed to Hiroshi. Its a note from his father basically just saying that he knew Hiroshi would eventually find this place. The film in the projector is Mr. Essex and Hiroshi's father performing some kind of experiement on the child that Bandura met as a ghost.
Bandura wanted Hiroshi to get 34 gallons of gasoline to burn the place down. Hiroshi instead elected to cause a massive electrical fire with his electric powers. As the building burned down, Bandura watched as the ghost child walked out of the building, and seemingly ascended to heaven or some other plane.
They then got dinner at a nearby diner, where they went over what to do next. Bandura insisted that Hiroshi run him to New Orleans. Eventually, Hiroshi agreed to.
Bandura then watched his family creepily across the street from their house. His wife hasn't remarried. His kids are in their late 20s, early 30s.
At Hiroshi's insistence, Bandura went and knocked on the door. His wife answered, and while shocked, she recognized him. They hugged, and Bandura left.
Hiroshi and Bandura caught a train to Los Angeles.
December 28th, 2019
Hiroshi and Bandura go to the West Coast Avengers' headquarters, and meet with Johnny Blaze. He tells them that ever since Bandura showed up again, that hell has been in turmoil as a result of a him showing up in 2019. They resolve to go to hell somehow, possibly with the help of Illyana Rasputin.
